IMITATION OF NATURE
The "Imitation of Nature" series was born in 2020. Following the study on the alterations of the natural datum (series "Roots"), this next project intends to create a "second nature" from a research exclusively based on the potential and possibilities of natural materials, abstracted from their original function, and made artistic materials. Oils, pigments, marble and lime powders cover the support (fabric of various kinds - always salvaged) going to form a new material landscape intended as an imitation of a new nature.
